Ordering Information

Orders for in-stock items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours from the receipt of your order and payment and are shipped regular delivery UPS or US Postal Service unless otherwise specified. Orders received after 3:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day. All orders are subject to product availability. If any item is not in stock, we will order it from the manufacturer. Depending on manufacturer availability, delivery times to a customer may range from 1-4 weeks. If an item is on backorder longer than 4 weeks or no longer available, we will notify you by email.

Orders for custom or special-order products may require additional lead time.

All orders will be shipped UPS or US Postal Service unless otherwise specified in your order. Shipping time depends upon the destination address. Delivery time estimates are not a guarantee. They indicate our carrier's best estimate of the time in transit (in business days) after the shipment leaves our place of business.

Over $250 FREE

Certain large or irregular items requiring special delivery arrangements and cannot have their shipping calculated online. You will be notified when purchasing such items. In these cases we will contact you with details before your order is shipped, and you will always have the option of confirming or canceling your order before it is shipped.

International Shipments

At this point in time, we are only shipping to the 48 contiguous states.
